We are a small company with a relatively small staff. Please keep this in mind when contacting us. If you wish to call us to address a technical issue, place an order, or find out information about our products, feel free to do so; but please keep in mind that we only have one operating phone line. This line goes straight to our business cell phone carried by our owner, Matt Geouge. Sometimes we are not availble to take calls, and there may be hours during the day where we aren't reachable by phone. There is no "switchboard" here; you will either reach Matt or one of our calibrators if the phone line is left with them. PLEASE DO NOT PLACE REPEATED OR HARASSING PHONE CALLS TO OUR PHONE LINE. This interrupts the service we can provide to other customers when we are unavailable. Our voicemail is checked many times a day, so if you need to reach us by phone, please place ONE PHONE CALL, and if we aren't available leave a message. If our line goes to voicemail within the first two rings, this means we are on the line with another customer. We will return your call as soon as possible. All urgent technical support calls are given first priority during call-back, sales calls will be responded to secondly.
