I know there are injectors, a physical egr block off and some other things. What kind of non cab off goodies will be available in the future for those of us that don't want to get too technical? Thanks

I think the way that they have the 6.4 configured for almost all, if not all, engine parts require the cab to be off. I think tuning is about the only thing that you can do engine wise(well intake as well) without having to take the cab off. However, the 6.4 isn't my thing so I can't swear to that.

My Ford dealer said they pull the cab even to change injectors! Not sure I believe him anymore. They charged me $300.00 extra to climb a step ladder when changing head gaskets on my 6.0 (bad memory) because it has a 6" lift! I blew the egr cooler hose off my new 6.4 at 1000 km's and by looking at the little hose I was almost convinced they had to pull the cab and engine to change it. They did take off the LF tire. Exhaust, Intake, nitrous , and tuners are about all you can do without pulling cabs.

DieselFool my local dealer's lead tech does injectors without removing the cab, actually is quite simple once you get the batteries, IC piping, Turbo crossover pipe, and fender out of the way, I believe when I get ready to do my injectors I am just gonna do them myself after seeing that one torn down like that because for the most part your gonna have to take that stuff off the engine wether you remove the cab or not. I should have taken a picture of it, but I didn't think about it.

this cab off thing is a little exagerated. there are other ways for certain "projects" to get at stuff like removing the fender wells. you would be surprised how easy they come out and how much access they provide. the cabs are designed to come off but i would rather take a little extra time than refill power steering, coolant, recharging ac,filling tranny, taking off intercooler tubes, cab mounts, wire harnesses, ect. not to mention you need a lift. i deleted my egr completely without touching a cab bolt.
