lil help anyone. Just updated strategy. Attempted to load 250 tune and got a "wrong vehicle error"

Any advice?

We already know there is a problem with 7 different tuners. We are working on a fix. Just reload one of your old tunes for now. Also make sure you send me an email with you DashDAQ serial # and a brief not about the problem.

what if you need to go to stock? My dashdaq is saying wrong vehicle on my reload stock file. I need to be back to stock on Monday at 7AM. Is there any way to fix this?

Mick, Please call me ASAP. I need to drop the truck off tonight at the dealer. The recovery file loaded but the dashdaq still says the 210 tune is loaded.

You need to give him a call and leave a voicemail, and also email him at techsupport@spartandieseltech.com. You will get much better response from that.

I've done both, I'm down to the wire now. The truck needs to be dropped off tonight due to the location of the dealer and me getting a ride to work.
Starting to second guess messing with the truck.

Many thanks once again to the great folks who make up the Spartan team!
Thanks for putting up with my OCD and phone/email stalking. If every US bussiness operated with the same regard to customer satisfaction like Spartan does we would all be better for it.
