problem with Spartan Tuner

Hello to all.. I am having a problem with my tuner and I am hoping someone can help. The touch scren does not work. I hit main menu, nothing... I try to change the screen, nothing... you can touch it anywhere and nothing happens. I unpluged the tuner and pluged it back in and still nothing. it does show me my RPM's and everything but no touch screen.. Thank you.

Better get in touch with Spartan, and let them know what it's doing. Send an email to 64calibrations, and a pm to Matt, & Nutty. Be sure to include your name, serial number and all the other info that you sent in to get your tunes. They will get you fixed up.....

Try the recovery CD. Update firmware.

Sounds like a hardware issue for sure....I would feel safe knowing that they will get you taken care of.
