Ran the truck on a dynojet today and wanted to post the results. Running the 210 tune, airraid CAI and Sean's pipe with straight 4 in. pipe out the back. It was pretty hot today so I'm sure there is plenty of room for improvement with better weather conditions. Going to try again tomorrow night with lower temps. Will do comparison between Airraid and Banks. In case the photos are blurry or something the results were:

Run Conditions: 107.48F, 28.83 in-Hg, Humidity: 20%, SAE: 1.07,
Max Power=461.52

This was the second run. The first one only hit around 440 but I didn't get a printout for that one. They were trying to figure out how the transmission behaved.

Please be sure and post up the comparison between the intakes, I'm still undecided on what to get.

Was supposed to have it done on Thursday night, but the guys with the dyno flaked out. On vacation right now, but I will try and find a dyno around here. Have both intakes with me, but probably will not be until next week.

I put my truck with 38" rubber on the Dyno Friday (250 Tune).
The guy running the Dyno did not seem to know what he was doing from VEX Tuning in Red Deer, Alberta. He tried to make me run my truck up to 4000 RPM.
It was a DynoJet or something and it only put down 407 but with the extreme angle I beleive my truck ran out of fuel because it was low and started to Surge on the top end. I did not want to try another pull because anyone who tries to make me hold the throttle mashed until 4000RPM obviously should be working on Honda Civics.
There is another place in town which we are going to Dyno at this Friday.
I will post both results when I get the proper results
My truck has a 5" FLO PRO and a Volant Intake with 38" rubber.

What is the best gear to Dyno in? Is there such a thing as a direct drive gear?

Yea, these things are DONE at about 3300rpm with any horsepower they're going to make. They make torque up to about 2500 but then it starts to fall off quick. RPM continues to help it make horsepower even though torque is falling off.

What is the best gear to Dyno in? Is there such a thing as a direct drive gear? Its important that its in OD with the TC locked up hard before you start mashing it so make sure to ease it up to 55mph or so in high gear before you give them the go ahead to load it down... then you can mash it firmly. Watch your tach, once you cross 3400 let off it regardless of what they say. This is why I insist that I am the one throttling anything that I have on a wheel dyno. They dont care if your shit breaks, they walk away all normal with your money and you have a broke truck.

I went to wheel dyno my Duster Pro Street car once and this tool insisted that HE be the one inside the car running the gears and throttle. I refused and told him that I'd just go back my car off the rollers. He finally agreed to let me do it. After watching him dyno other similar HP cars from the track that day there was no way in hell I was letting him in mine. 7500rpm on a Big block chevy is never good. Its my $20,000 engine.. not his. Besides, Im quite convinced that I had the most accurate readings of anyone who dyno'd there that day.
