Black Smoke

I just now installed my dd with the 210 tune and the pipe and I was wondering if anyone else got alot of black smoke when they first hit the gas? I'm just trying to make sure this is a normal thing.

not sure about the 210, the 250 is all ive tried so far, and when you stomp it, SMOKE!!!!!!!!!!! woohoo, great products

Yes it's normal. My truck seems to give a little puff at times or nothing at all unless I mash the pedal from a stop. Then its a black out..

Wow!! This truck moves!! The shifting is a little stiff but I want to give it a week to see if I can get use to it. What's everyone getting for MPG?

I'm seeing a 3-3.7 increase running the 250 tune, as long as I keep it around 200=2100 rpm. Any faster, it goes down real quick....

I thought the shifting on the 210 was smooth as butta.....however I only ran that for about 5 hours.

I agree with Pahrump on all counts! I didnt notice much harder shifting with the 210 but my curiosity about the 250 got to me fast and since I loaded it that is all Ive thought about using!!!

MPG's 17 city after about 100 miles

got 24 hwy only 10 miles on interstate today, but I will keep testing and will let everyone know.

which tune were u using? I have the sct and only saw 13. I have the dd now but have not worked out all problems with loading it. The dd is a lot more envolved then the sct. sct is easier to load. Can't wait to see how the dd is if I ever get it loaded right.
