Scott, I tuned the truck today and when I was driving the dd locked up and would not change screens. I turned it off and it rebooted fine. I then took the sd card out to put in my computer in the house in order to save the stock file on a back up disc. When I put the card in the computer it says there are no files on the sd card. I still have the tunes saved on a disc and my computer, but I do not have a stock file now. I am going to buy a new sd card to load the tunes on but I need you to send me a new stock file

please help:confused:

I dunno what the real problem is or why it did that, but you really should not take the card out when the DD is on.

Pahrump - I was helping him when it did it. He took the truck out for a spin after loading the 250 tune. One the way back home, he tried to log the gauges. Worked fine till he tried to end logging. His DashDaq froze up, and he couldn't turn it off, wouldn't do a thing. Had him unplug it and then power it back on. When he did, everything seemed to work, except he had no tunes, or stock file. Took his card out and tried 2 computers, but the card was empty, no transfer folder, and of course no tunes. His unit was off when the card was removed. There were some updates for his unit, so we got everything up and running. His firmware was already updated. I think he has a bad sd card, but who knows....

Thanks Mick for clearing that up for me. I really feel that I did nothing wrong and maybe the card was bad to begin with. That is probably why I had so much trouble getting the tunes to transfer to the card from the computer. I wish I would have figured that out at the beginning and then I would still have my stock file. Mick is a real help with that DD he showed me so much with it last night. Matt alto put him on the payroll for new tuner help.
