When you guys run your trucks at the track, do you let some air out of the tires? If you do, what psi do you run them at?

I have seen several people talk about airing down the tires to like 30-40 psi when they run on the track.

30-35 in the rear, 45-50 in the front. You want the front tires to still be able to spin some so you don't break something in the front end.
