250 Tune crazy shifting

I've had the 250 tune in for around 5000 miles and no problem's untill today.
As I pulled out onto the highway the truck started shifting in and out of gear and it seemed to be slipping. At the same time on the display on the dash I got the wrench symbol and the transmission would not shift into 5th gear.
I then pulled over and shut the truck for a second and restarted and the wrench symbol was gone and the truck worked fine under light acceleration, but when you put your foot into it begin's to slip and shutter.
I tried to read/clear the codes but it just say's please wait and never changes.
Any help would be awesome.

Update the firmware so you can read the codes and let me know what they are.

Thanks for the quick response. I have the 1.4.2-1303 on my DD and it will not allow me to pull any codes.

I can't get codes with the 1303 either.:(
Hopefully they get it all worked out with the next firmware update. Until then 1128 for me.
