Transmission sticking then slipping

I have had a few issues with the transmission since installing the 210. After about 800 miles I was at a stop sign and the truck started to shake from 1st into 2nd, and then last week after I hit 1200 miles with the 210 tune I was at a stop sign again and this time it wouldnt go from 1st into 2nd. It was like the gears were slipping. I pulled over turned the truck off and started it up again and then it was fine. Then on Wednesday I was trying to climb a hill and again between first and 2nd the truck started to shake then grab the gear and jerked everyone in the truck.
Now I did take it to the dealer on Thursday morning and they called me today and said there was nothing wrong with the transmission. I have been driving the truck this afternoon without the tune and so far no problems with the gears.
Now here's my question does anyone know if the 210 tune can have the programming for the gears not shift so firm? I'm wondering if this may help my problem.

I use the 210 and mine shifts fine. THe 250 shifts hard for me. I would email Scott about it.

Shifting firm saves the clutch packs and the transmission...you don't want it to shift softer. :cool:

I've never had a problem with my transmission shifting. It's hard on the 250, and 275, but when using the 210 it shifts like stock.

I seem to have the problems when I'm going uphill. I've been driving around today and no issues, but as soon as I go uphill the gears start to stick

What power levels have you tried and experienced the issue?

I have only used the 210. I havent tried anything. Should I try a different tune?
