I purchased a Phalanx module through Hi-Performance Diesel and wanted to see if I can get an update from Spartan directly. I purchased it back on September 22nd and I sent in the disclaimer directly to Spartan on September 23rd. I'm trying to find out if I will have the module and files by October 23rd since I will be going out to the Imperial Sand Dunes (Glamis) and wanted to test out the 210 tune going up Oldsmobile Hill. My order # through HPD is #144 name purchased under is Enrique Mendoza.
For everyone on here I have learned my lesson not to order something through a third party without doing a little more research. I'm just trying to figure out if I should cancel my order and re-order directly through Spartan or if Matt or Donna can give me an update on this order. If I do this I'm going to be paying about another $60 since the price went up. It's a little frustrating to go on tdg.com or powerstroke.org and read of members ordering their module one day and receiving it a few days to 2 weeks later.
Sorry for the multiple posts on different sites Matt. Just trying to get some answers since I can't get straight answers from Hi-Performance Diesel.
