Truck is a 2010 F-350 dually, running the 300 LL. 19k miles and probably about 2k since tuned. Drove truck to work this week (600 miles on way) so I had some seat time compared to piddlin around town. I noticed if I got into the peddle at moderate to heavy amounts after the converter locked, the TCSLIP would jump anywhere from 20 to 100ish then immediately back to under 5. Done some searching and seems that anything over 10 is no bueno? Seems to lock immediately whenever getting up to speed, and doesnt flutter over 5 while cruising. Is it time to order a suncoast converter already? I certainly dont beat on it, and only have hammered down on a handful of occasions. Was hoping to get to atleast 50k before replacement parts. Oh, well, gotta pay to play right...

You're good. No worries. As long as it is dropping back down, I wouldn't worry. 0-10 is essentially just error in the reading. Anything above 10 is slip, but some slip is warranted depending on throttle position, speed, and RPM.

Thanks for the quick response. Dont want to be a worry wart but want things to be right, ya know. Planning on a full suncoast sometime in future anyhow on next phase of the build. Truck only gets driven about ten days a month and doesnt see the strip, boosted launches, or anything of that nature so will continue to monitor it.
On a side note, I sure want to thank Spartan. Took some fellow dodge loyal co workers for a spin and yall must be doing something right. After a romp or two to about 70 mph, they seemed to be on the internet when we got back, looking at used 6.4s.....
