View Full Version : Rail pressure fluctuation

When at a stop light sometimes my rail pressure is between 4900-5100 range or 5400-5600 and when it is at the higher range there is a very noticable injector rattle. Anyone else experience this. This is on the 250 tune, did not do it on the 210 tune and i have yet to try the 275 tune.

I'm running the 275 tune and have not noticed anything. I'll check mine the next time I drive it...

Also the rpm's are not different at either pressure range.

Do you get alot more injector rattle on the 250 than the 210? I do and it sounds horrible.

Drove mine today with the 275 tune and at idle my FRP was between fluctuating 5050-5200, with no unusual noise.

I sent a log to nutty so i will see what he says. My rattle is noticable enough that even my gf asked me what that noise is. My 210 tune doesnt do it so well see.

My 210 also run's fine, with no surging. I only have the problem with the 250 and the 275.
