I have a Job 1 08 F-250. It's got a 6" likft riding on 35's. On the highway cruising I get about 11-12 mpg (65-70mph). Towing my 24ft enclosed trailer with 4 race bikes and gear I get about 7 mpg. Round trip to the track is about 900 miles, so needless to say I'm going broke in fuel costs. The questions I have are, will your system recalibrate for tire size, and what kind of rough estimate in mileage increase might I see? Is an additional 6-7 mpg increase ridiculous to think might happen? I am tech at a Ford Dealer so I can get around certain warranty barracades.

No, you cannot calibrate your speedo with anything on the market at this time for tires over 35"

Will it calibrate up to 20" rims with factory sized tires. I am thinking about upgrading.

You cannot do any tire size changes.

BUT.....stock 20's with stock sized tires will have your speedo VERY close to accurate anyhow.

The dealership can up your truck to 20 rims and that helped out my shift points and gas miles along with the speedo. My truck came out with 18's now I'm running 20's. So when I had my truck reflashed at the dealership he chose 20's in the new flash and that helped a hell of alot! But like pahrump said, it will not go bigger than factory size tires:(

I took a 200 mile trip with the 250 tune, mileage seemed worse than my 210,I went to and through 2 towns so it was some city too. should I give it another try, do you'all think it will be better than the 210 tune for mpg. Also another ?.I'm going elk hunting and pulling my 6000# trailer.I am going to use the 210 tune, how will this act on a mile long 7 degree hill, just want to know ahead of time if this will be okay, majority is flat going, thanks guys

I'm seeing a 3-3.7 increase, but have to drive like a old lady. Anything above 2000 rpm, and it drops like a rock.

Did you do the dpf delete or the dpf/cat delete to get that mileage. And any other enhancements?

What size tires are you running?

tommy, Glad to see that you got it going. Did you download the config file? Make sure you set all your high limits in a color that you will be able to see. The power is amazing. Enjoy!!!!!
