Scott, i think i need some tuning tweaks for the new intercooler i installed. Running the 210 tune i was getting about 35PSI boost, now im getting 43PSI boost. The truck has more power but is not that smooth. The power comes in surges once you get about 3/4 throttle or so tell you get to top end almost like the computer is confused. Its not bad if you roll into easy, but if you mash it, it asks funny. Let me know what you think and how i need to go about this thanks.

I dont know if this has anything to due with this but my fuel rail pressure is still a little jumpy. That issue never changed with the new tunes but all the idle issues are gone.

Send me some logs of the fuel pressure issue. Be sure to include, FRP, RPM, TORQUE, INJ_TIM, ECT, and MFDES.

As for the tuning with the new intercooler, we would need to have the truck (or parts on one of our trucks) for a day or so to see what can be done.
