View Full Version : which egt sensor should i watch?

i have a dashdaq and i just updated to the latest firm and now i cant seem to find the right sensor. any help would be appreciated thankyou

Rescan for your signals. Some have had to do it multiply time. It will pick it back up... And make sure your complete signal list is set to 3...

From Gauges, click Exit, then click Setup. Now click on Devices, then Parameters. Make sure Ford specific is displayed under Parameters. If it's not then scroll right/left. Now click on the Complete Signal List, then click Change, and type in 3 and and Save. Now go to Find Signals, then click I Accept. Turn your key on and click OK............

aside from doing all that, are you watching EGRTA signal? that is the one that reads true temps. the other 3 are in the exhaust and will only read like around 500 deg. it is under ford specific though

Ya, EGRTA is what your going for. If it doesnt show up just keep rescanning till it does. I had to rescan 5 time for it to show up.
