210hp question

Is this tune a 210 rear wheel measurment or at the crank? The reason I am asking is this tune feels about as strong as my Banks six gun 130HP program i had on my 6.0.

its hard to compare a 6.0 to a 6.4. the 6.0 has a grunt power and the 6.4 is soooo much smoother and makes the speedometer climp faster. and its rear wheel power. stock on a dyno is like 270-280 and the 210 tune is around 480. according to elite a 6.0 with a sixgun makes around 380 to the tire
