New firmware for all Spartan Consoles is now available for download.

1.3.5-1219 will correct issues with reading and clearing of DTCs, along with some other minor issues.

You can now use the "Check Web for Updates" button safely to download the latest firmware- so please ignore all previous warnings not to use it.

Simply download the DashDAQ update tool either from the included disk, our forums, or www.dashdaq.com to install the updates.

I installed, or at least I think I installed the firmware update, but I still cannot read DTC's. It will clear them but I can't read them.

Anyone else having this problem?

Kimminau2 - I can read mine using the DashDaq. Hopefully you did not load the new firmware. There are some problems with it. Many have not been able to reload their stock tune when they have updated to the new firmware. Watch you screen the next time it boots up. I will display the Drewtech info, then displays something about loading from flash, successful. The next line will display the firmware version. The newest which has problems is 1.4.0-1219.
Hopefully yours will display 1.3.5-1128. They are working on a fix. Hopefully next week or so...

It should be working, I can read mine on my truck, I can plug it into my wifes car and read codes, my Excursion, anything with an ODBII port.
