i loaded the 250tune on my truck and it work but i can not get the dd to work the gauge do nothing iv tryed all day can someone please call me and help me thanks # 832-515-6629

i left you a voicemail but mine did the same thing when i loaded my 210 for the first time. at first my egt worked but nothing else. i shut the unit off and unpluged it from the port and left it for a while. when i turned it back on it rebooted and works fine now. i left it off for about 30 min. i hop eyou get it figured out.

Unplug it and plug it back in....they sometimes freeze up.

I called and talked with Scott. He is up and running!!! Had to scan for Ford parameters, change parameters to 1, and download config file. He's happy!!!!!
