hey fellas im dyin to get the tunes for my truck ive called for two days and havent got through to anyone, i hate to complain but i just spent 1500 buckswith ya this is gettin crazy, can someone from this place contact me, i really wanna see what this thing does ive had every tuner known to man except this one, can i get some help here

Have you emailed the info needed to 64calibrations?

Once you get the tuner in your hands...plug it in read the strategy codes, and email them along with your vin and other info needed just like they ask....in a day or so after that you will see your tunes in your email.

Truckbiz....FYI, there is a firmware crisis going on right now, we are all having some problems with the stock file. The Spartan crew is overloaded right now getting all of us back up and running. I am sure they will to you as soon as they can. Just my two cents.

Plug the DD in the port. Under the main menu, click on "Tuning", then click "vehicle Info". In there you will be able to find the strategy code for you truck.

What kind of problems are people having with the stock tune?

for some reason the new firmware update in the dd itself will not reload the stock tune. i think this is the issue anyway.

valetcruiser - You are correct. They are in the process of correcting the problem. For those that really have to get their vehicle returned to stock they will need to send an email to 64calibrations. They will send you a stock file if you really need it, but they are asking for those that can wait to hold off.
