Can`t load my stock tune

I`ve got to take my truck in for warranty(looks like EGR cooler), so I put the stock exhaust back on today and tried to load the stock file. It checks the reflash to 100%, then says not to turn off the key like it`s going to load, and then says its the wrong tune. I can load my other tunes fine(put it down to the 75 since the stock exhaust is on now, but it won`t load the stock. stock tune is in the transfer file on the SD card, truck has not been reflashed since I put Spartan on.....What do I do. I can`t take it to Ford with the tune in! Any help is appreciated.

Hopefully you backed up your stock file when you loaded your first tune. If so, I would delete the stock file on the sd card and take your backup copy from your compute and try it again. If that doesn't work I would log on to the web site and request a new stock file. If you don't have a user name for the web site I would send an email to techsupport@spartandieseltech.com requesting a stock file. We need the following info and you can get it by going to Tuning, I Accept, then to Vehicle Info. We need your Vin #, Strategy Code and DashDAQ serial number..... Be sure all the info is correct..

This is why you should always load the tune/stock file prior to removing / installing your exhaust system.
