Ford is heading full-speed into the turbo business, replacing V8's with V6 -turbo combos and so on down the displacment line-up. Horesepower and fuel economony being the driving force. Cylinder deactivation in the V8 trucks also seems to be a focus, as well as lower numeric gear ratios and 6-speed transmissions.
