Dash Mount for Phalanx

I was looking online for one of the dash mounts that mounts the dashdaq directly to your dash. Any suggestions on where to get and and def the cheapest place to get em. The site i saw was charging 80 bucks.

Im using an Edge mount from xtremediesel.com and i got it for like 40 bucks.

I think Rudy sells one you mount to the dash. Check Rudy's website out at www.dpfdeletekits.com. I am thinking about getting one myself.

that is a joke. buy the edge pod and drill two holes and save the cash. i had nothing but problems with cobbs. they charged me for the modified pod, sent me the edge pod, and then after failed attempts to resolve the issue and send it back it just wasnt worth it to deal with that company. i just modified it on my own.

well cobbs is the cheapest one ive seen so far..... Do they offer these in different colors to match the dash or just one color fits all??

Are you referring to the Rudy's Diesel Performance (dpfdeletekits.com) dash mount? What kind of problems are you having with it? They have good customer service and should take care of you if you have any issues.

I agree with 2008fx4 i ordered a set of egr plates back in december and have never got them, but was charged for them

I ordered mine from Rudy's with my pipe and tuner. I think it is the edge pod but it has a custom bracket to mount the DD. The bracket even has a cutout for the speaker. The pod snaped in so nice i didn't have to use the two sided tape to keep it in place. I think it was worth the $.

dont people know how to use a phone anymore. if you order something from a site and it doesn't come for whatever reason or your not happy with the product. Give the place a call. Holy crap. Aaron is more than willing to help me whenever i have a question. along with many other places. use your head

Yes, Aaron's mount is a modified Edge pod.

I agree 100%. We at Cobb's Diesel Performance have dealt with so many customers that have issues but never actually called the shop or emailed us about the issue. They end up posting something negative about us on the forums and it is the first time we even hear of the issue many of the times. It sucks because it makes the vendors look bad when this happens. Use the phone first and then use email or PM.

My pod was purchased from Aaron at Rudy's and it works great. I love the way it looks and haven't had any problems. My profile pic has it in it. Hope that helps.

I agree with you guys 100%. I have called Cobbs multiple times and they say that their either in the mail but they never show up, or that they will look into it and they will call me back with a tracking # and never do. So it's shitty but i have wrote that one off as a loss, it's only 40 bucks but still. Next time i will just have to find a better company to deal with.

CodyM, PM Jeff with your issue with Cobbs, he will work with you to try and get your issues resolved, John has hired Jeff to help with his business for just this sort of issues, I know he has gotten some resolutions to some of the complaints about John, if not PM me and I will see what I can do for you I normally can get things accomplished if I know the details. Don't give up, it's your money and you deserve your product.
