Default FICM Voltage

Is there a parameter the DD can monitor to determine the output voltage from the FICM?

If so, how many volts should there typically be and does it vary (idle to WOT)?

Thanks
Steve

The 6.4L does not have a FICM. It was eliminated after the 6.0L.

Thanks. I just figured that out after a little more surfing.

Thanks again for the reply.

Question regarding the FICM, I have a 6.4 and a friend has the 6.0. This is how I came to become aware of this part. His FICM needed replaced because he was having an erratic idle when cold. Replacement of his FICM fixed the issue.
I have the opposite problem, it seems when the truck is at full operating temp and when at idle I will get a fuel surge it seems like. I think because I'm straight piped and breathing as much as possible its sounds worse than it is, the RPM's only jump a 100 or 200.
I've asked in the past and no one seems to know.
