Default First time sled pull?

I found out mu county fair has a truck sled pull. A neighbor told me about it and I'm interested in trying it this year.

My truck is a 2008 f-350 4x4 crew cab short box. Spartan tune with afe cold air and exhaust egr delete with cat delete also (I still have the stock tail pipe with muffler). Sinister egr delete, new mishimoto radiator and the turbos were rebuilt maybe 20,000 miles ago. Also have pmf traction bars.

140,000 miles

What should I replace so I don't have a fail. Basically what do I have to do since I've never done this before. I have till fall to get ready

You can't accurately prepare for a pull. It's a crap shoot until you know what issues you will have. Traction bars, studs and limited slip upgrade are generally the first things done. Pulling will expose every single weak part in your drivetrain.
