Warranties

Due to the electronic nature of our products we cannot offer refunds or returns on our equipment - all sales are final.

• Spartan Diesel Technologies product(s) found to be damaged or defective as a result of shipping will be adjudicated through the carrier's usual and customary damaged goods process.

• Spartan Diesel Technologies product(s) that fail during the manufacturers warranty period will be exchanged, repaired or replaced at our discretion.

• Spartan Diesel Technologies does not warrant any of its products merchantability nor fitness expressed or implied for a particular pupose.

• Spartan Diesel Technologies will not be held liable for consequential or incidental damages resulting from, but not limited to, the sale, installation or use of any of the products it sells.
