I purchased the Add-On GPS, but after connecting the antenna and installing the sd card it doesn't work.

You will not be able to operate the GPS until after you have updated the firmware. When you purchased the GPS you provided the serial number of your DashDAQ to DrewTech. They in turn enter your serial number into their server. When you update the firmware, your unit should pickup the required GPS icon. If it doesn't, most likely they failed to load your serial number in their system, or you have a bad sd card. You will need to contact Drew Technologies technical support at 734-222-5228. If you do get the GPS icon on your screen, and are unable to go past the Warning Message, you will need to calibrate your screen. From Gauges, select "Exit", then select "Setup". Next, select "Display", then select "Touch Calibrate". Now follow the instructions on the screen...
