I purchased the Ford Extended License but can't pick up the parameters

If you purcahsed the Ford Extended License from DrewTech and are having problems getting it to work try this.
First thing you need to do is update your DashDAQ again with the latest firmware. Do not update it from a file. You will have to use the DashDAQ Update Tool. Follow the directions under the section titled How do I update my DashDAQ:

Now rescan for signals and it should work correctly. If it doesn't, contact DrewTech to ensure they placed the serial number of your unit into their server.
